What we collect and why

When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, company, email, optional phone number, requested services, product category and message you provide. We use this information to reply, assess your requirements and manage any resulting business relationship.

Providing information is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to do so. Fields marked * are needed to prepare a complete inquiry through the form. Without sufficient contact details or inquiry information, we may be unable to respond or assess your request. You can contact us by phone instead.

How the form works

The form creates an email draft in your browser. Its contents are not submitted to or stored on the website server. Medicalix receives them only if you send the email or WhatsApp message. Copying the draft places it on your device clipboard. Please do not send patient information, sensitive medical information or confidential documents through this initial inquiry channel.

Recipients and external services

Your message is handled by Medicalix and the email or messaging providers used to deliver it. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure; hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information for delivery and security. Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn are external services with their own privacy policies. Their providers and infrastructure may process information outside Israel. Applicable Israeli rules on overseas transfers remain relevant to Medicalix’s use of service providers.

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you explicitly allow analytics. Before that choice, the site does not initiate a request to Google Analytics. Once allowed, measurement may disclose technical information such as your IP address to Google. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, browser/device information and interactions, using pseudonymous identifiers. Google may process this information outside Israel. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. The website does not store form contents in browser storage. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings in the footer. A cookie preference is saved locally only after your choice; see the Cookie Policy. Hosting and external services may use technical cookies or their own tracking. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is retained for handling the inquiry and any resulting relationship, and where needed for legal obligations or claims. Personal information should not be retained longer than necessary for these purposes. Website technical logs are managed by the hosting provider. Email and WhatsApp are not intended here as secure channels for sensitive records.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under sections 13 and 14 of Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion where it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to the law’s conditions and exceptions. Other deletion rights may apply under applicable law; there is no unconditional right to erase every business record.
