MEDICALIX
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Our accessibility approach
Medicalix works to make its website and services accessible to people with disabilities. Our website accessibility target is Israeli Standard SI 5568, Part 1, level AA, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Adjustments implemented
- Page headings and landmarks, a skip-to-content link and text alternatives for informative images.
- Keyboard navigation, native expandable service and FAQ controls, and visible focus indicators.
- Explicit form labels, required-field indicators and announced inquiry status messages.
- Responsive layouts, browser zoom support and Hebrew right-to-left pages with language identification.
- Reduced-motion support when requested in device settings, plus a visitor control for text size, contrast, visible links and reduced motion.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate controls as appropriate, and Escape to close the mobile navigation. Text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom controls.
Scope and verification
This statement covers the English and Hebrew pages on medicalix.com. Source-code checks have been performed. A complete manual accessibility audit, including screen-reader, keyboard and zoom testing across browsers, has not yet been completed, so full conformity is not certified. External email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn interfaces are outside the website; if they prevent you from contacting us, use the telephone or email options below.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Accessibility contact: Avner Dor. Contact us by email Avner Dor or +972 54 544 1768. You may request help with an inquiry or information in an accessible format. If possible, include the page address, a description of the difficulty and your preferred contact method. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical documentation to report a website barrier.
We will review the report, provide an appropriate alternative where needed and address accessibility defects in accordance with applicable requirements. If arranging an in-person meeting, contact us in advance to confirm the meeting location and any accessibility arrangements you need. The registered office address alone does not describe physical accessibility arrangements.
